If you have not already established two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Coinapult account, you can do so by following this guide.

Prevention is better than cure.

    1. Make sure you are using a 2FA client that supports back ups.
    2. Back up your 2FA credentials.
    3. If possible, save multiple back ups.

Backing up your 2FA credentials allows you to restore your device independently, without the need to contact us.
If you did not back up your 2FA credentials, there still may be hope.
